The company has a Board of Directors and three Specialized Committees, Quality Audit, Technical and Tendering, Regular meetings of these Committees allow the Management to:

• Monitoring and evaluating the efficiency of plans, policies and objectives,
• Monitoring the implementation of the Quality System and approving ail related exercises
• Reviewing the Quality System, performing the Internal Quality Audit Program and verifying effectiveness of the corrective/ preventive actions.
• Analyzing the business relationships with customers and planning to gain new customers to improve the business position and to enlarge the scope of works.
• Analyzing the customer complaints/ suggestions to comply with the Quality Policy and Procedures.
• Planning and monitoring the improvement of the workmanship and performance and enhancing the education plans toward the best skill and the best product.
• Analyzing the productivity and developing exercises and measures to improve it as an objective.
• Evaluating the suppliers and sub-contractors and performing the appraisal exercise to update the "Selected Suppliers/ Sub-contractors List".
• Approving the Training Plans and verifying effectiveness of training activities.
• Reviewing end issuing the promotional, scientific and training literature and other documents related to the Quality System.
